Heimtextil is the world's leading international trade fair for home and contract textiles, held each January at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds in Germany. Over four days it fills Frankfurt's expansive halls with manufacturers of bed, bath, table and decorative textiles, upholstery, curtains, wallpaper and contract fabrics, setting the season's interior trends for buyers, retailers, hoteliers and designers from around the world. For a hotel-booking traveller, Frankfurt's compactness and connectivity are the draw: the Messe has its own S-Bahn and tram stops, sits within walking distance of the main railway station and the city centre, and is only a short train ride from Frankfurt Airport (FRA), one of Europe's biggest hubs. That makes almost any central Frankfurt hotel convenient, though the January fair is busy and rooms across the Rhine-Main region fill fast. Many visitors base themselves near the Hauptbahnhof or Messe for the shortest walk to the halls.

Popular areas for attendees: Messe/Europaviertel · Bahnhofsviertel · City Centre (Innenstadt).

  • Minutes by train from Frankfurt Airport (FRA), a major European hub with worldwide connections.
  • Compact, central location means most Frankfurt hotels are a short ride or walk from the halls.

Pay Weekly: common questions

Do I pay any interest?

No. There is no interest and no extra charge. Your plan total is exactly the hotel price shown when you book. The only fee we ever charge is a processing fee on cash refunds (see 'What fees apply?').

How many payments can I make?

Depending on how far away your trip is, you can split your booking into between 2 and 16 weekly payments. The exact schedule is shown before you book.

What happens after I pay my deposit?

Your hotel is booked and confirmed immediately. You receive your booking confirmation and your full payment schedule by email, and the remaining payments are charged automatically each week.

How are the weekly payments taken?

Automatically. After your first payment, each weekly payment is charged to your saved card, and we send you a reminder 2 days before every charge. In a few countries where automatic card charges are not allowed, we email you a secure payment link each week instead. You can switch to a different card at any time.

Can I pay early?

Yes. Sign in to your Event Escapes account at any time and pay off your remaining balance in one payment, whenever it suits you. There is never a fee for paying early.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We retry your card automatically and email you a secure payment link so you can pay another way, plus a final notice with one link to clear the remaining balance. If the plan still cannot be completed, we cancel the room before its free-cancellation deadline and everything you have paid goes into your Event Escapes Wallet in full. You never lose the money you have paid. You can turn that credit into a cash refund at any time (the processing fee applies).
