How many payments can I make?
Depending on how far away your trip is, you can split your booking into between 2 and 16 weekly payments. The exact schedule is shown before you book.
What happens after I pay my deposit?
Your hotel is booked and confirmed immediately. You receive your booking confirmation and your full payment schedule by email, and the remaining payments are charged automatically each week.
How are the weekly payments taken?
Automatically. After your first payment, each weekly payment is charged to your saved card, and we send you a reminder 2 days before every charge. In a few countries where automatic card charges are not allowed, we email you a secure payment link each week instead. You can switch to a different card at any time.
Can I pay early?

From Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
- Frankfurt Airport is directly connected to the rail network: take S-Bahn line S8 or S9 from the airport's regional station ('Regionalbahnhof') to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main station) in about 10–15 minutes.
- From Hauptbahnhof, S-Bahn lines S3, S4, S5 or S6 reach 'Frankfurt (Main) Messe' in roughly 4 minutes, dropping you at the fairgrounds.
- A taxi or rideshare from FRA to the Messe takes about 15–20 minutes depending on traffic; useful with luggage or outside rush hour.
- Buy a single ticket or a day pass from RMV machines or the app before boarding — the airport and Messe are within the same fare zone.
Arriving by rail or road
- Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is a major ICE high-speed hub with direct trains from Cologne, Munich, Berlin, Paris and Brussels, making rail a strong alternative to flying.
- From Hauptbahnhof the Messe is one short S-Bahn hop, a 10-minute walk, or a couple of stops on tram 16 or 17 to the Festhalle/Messe stop.
- U-Bahn line U4 (direction Bockenheimer Warte) stops at Festhalle/Messe, right by the City entrance.
