What happens after I pay my deposit?
Your hotel is booked and confirmed immediately. You receive your booking confirmation and your full payment schedule by email, and the remaining payments are charged automatically each week.
How are the weekly payments taken?
Automatically. After your first payment, each weekly payment is charged to your saved card, and we send you a reminder 2 days before every charge. In a few countries where automatic card charges are not allowed, we email you a secure payment link each week instead. You can switch to a different card at any time.
Can I pay early?

From Harry Reid International (LAS)
- Mandalay Bay is one of the closest Strip resorts to the airport; a taxi takes about 10 minutes and typically costs USD 20 to 30 including fees
- Ride-hail pick-ups are from the designated garage levels at Terminals 1 and 3, and prices are usually similar to taxis outside surge periods
- There is no direct rail link from the airport; RTC buses exist but involve transfers, so nearly all attendees ride or drive
- Taxi queues after the last evening banks of arrivals move quickly, but early-August conference Saturdays are the busiest window
Arriving by road or from regional airports
- Driving from Southern California takes four to five hours via I-15, longer on Friday afternoons; Mandalay Bay self-parking makes a car workable
