The O2 Arena in London (capacity ~20,000; about 17,650 seated plus a standing/seated floor) is one of the busiest concert and event arenas in the world. Seating is simple: a standing or seated floor at the front, the Level 1 lower tier (blocks 101–118) wrapping it, premium Level 2 suites and clubs in between, and the high Level 4 upper tier (blocks 401–422) above. The best views are the front floor blocks (A1–A3) and the lower-tier blocks facing the stage; the blocks directly behind the stage (114–117) are normally not sold for concerts.
A 20,000-seat arena enclosed within the vast white tented Millennium Dome, its Teflon canopy pierced by twelve yellow support towers. One of the world's busiest music venues, ringed inside the dome by bars, restaurants and cinemas.

Concerts
End-stage setup. The floor is split into nine blocks — A1–A3 (front, closest), B1–B3, C1–C3 (back) — sold standing or seated by show. Lower-tier blocks 101–104 and 110–112 face the stage; blocks 114–117 sit behind the stage and are usually withheld.
Boxing / UFC / combat sports
Central configuration with the ring/cage in the middle of the floor. Floor seats are closest and most expensive; lower-tier 101–118 ring the action with a good elevated view.
Basketball / tennis / family shows
Central or end configurations depending on the event. The O2 has hosted NBA London games, the ATP Finals and arena tours; central-court floor and lower-tier sides give the best views.

Seats to avoid & obstructed views
Lower-tier blocks 114–117 (behind the stage): Behind the normal stage position — restricted or no view, and usually not sold for concerts.
Upper-tier blocks 409–414 for an end stage: Furthest blocks from the stage, high and steeply angled.
Back floor C blocks: On a flat floor at the back — distant from the stage and prone to blocked views when standing.

Accessibility & companion seating
The O2 provides accessible seating and viewing platforms (primarily on Level 1) with companion seating, plus accessible toilets, an induction loop and a Changing Places facility. An Access scheme covers wheelchair users and guests with other access requirements, and a free personal-assistant ticket is available on eligibility. Accessible tickets are booked through the venue’s Access team and sell out quickly for major concerts, so book early and confirm details for your event.
Where: Accessible viewing platforms and companion seats are located mainly on Level 1 around the bowl, with additional provision by arrangement with the venue Access team.
Food & drink at The O2 Arena
Inside the arena bowl the concourses carry a broad set of branded outlets, from Grill St burgers and Base Pizzeria's on-site-baked pizzas to Salt 'n Vinegar fish and chips and Chop Chop Stir Fry. Bars run from standard lager counters to a Lanson Champagne Bar and a cocktail Mixology Bar, and food and drink can be taken to your seat. Outlets open when arena doors open and serve until the end of the interval.
