What happens after I pay my deposit?
Your hotel is booked and confirmed immediately. You receive your booking confirmation and your full payment schedule by email, and the remaining payments are charged automatically each week.
How are the weekly payments taken?
Automatically. After your first payment, each weekly payment is charged to your saved card, and we send you a reminder 2 days before every charge. In a few countries where automatic card charges are not allowed, we email you a secure payment link each week instead. You can switch to a different card at any time.
Can I pay early?

From Dubai International Airport (DXB)
- The Red Line metro runs from Terminals 1 and 3 directly to World Trade Centre station in roughly 20 minutes, no changes
- Buy a Nol card at the airport metro station; the fare is a few dirhams, and the card works across metro, tram and buses
- A taxi from DXB to the Trade Centre district takes 15-25 minutes off-peak and typically costs around AED 40-60
- Careem and Uber operate widely; airport pickups are orderly, but Sheikh Zayed Road traffic slows sharply in the morning show peak
From Al Maktoum International (DWC) and other emirates
- Some carriers and charters use DWC, about 60 km southwest; a taxi to the Trade Centre takes 45-60 minutes and costs substantially more than from DXB
