Your hotel is booked and confirmed immediately. You receive your booking confirmation and your full payment schedule by email, and the remaining payments are charged automatically each week.
How are the weekly payments taken?
Automatically. After your first payment, each weekly payment is charged to your saved card, and we send you a reminder 2 days before every charge. In a few countries where automatic card charges are not allowed, we email you a secure payment link each week instead. You can switch to a different card at any time.
Can I pay early?

From Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN)
- Metro line L9 Sud runs directly from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to Fira station, which serves the Gran Via venue, in roughly 20 minutes with no transfer
- A standard T-casual ticket is not valid for airport metro stations; you need the dedicated airport ticket, around 6 euros each way
- Taxis from the airport to the Gran Via venue or Plaça d'Espanya take 15 to 20 minutes outside rush hour and typically cost about 25 to 35 euros including airport supplements
- The Aerobús coach runs to Plaça d'Espanya and Plaça de Catalunya every few minutes, useful if your hotel is in the Eixample rather than by the venue
By rail from Barcelona Sants
- Barcelona Sants is the city's main high-speed station, with AVE services from Madrid in around 2.5 hours and direct TGV links from France
