What happens after I pay my deposit?
Your hotel is booked and confirmed immediately. You receive your booking confirmation and your full payment schedule by email, and the remaining payments are charged automatically each week.
How are the weekly payments taken?
Automatically. After your first payment, each weekly payment is charged to your saved card, and we send you a reminder 2 days before every charge. In a few countries where automatic card charges are not allowed, we email you a secure payment link each week instead. You can switch to a different card at any time.
Can I pay early?

From Düsseldorf Airport (DUS)
- The airport is only about 3 km from the exhibition centre — one of the shortest airport-to-venue hops of any major trade fair
- During the fair, Rheinbahn runs an airport shuttle bus (line 896) between DUS and the exhibition entrances at a special flat fare of around €25
- A taxi takes roughly 10 minutes outside peak times; expect queues at arrivals on the opening morning
- Alternatively ride the SkyTrain to Düsseldorf Airport station and connect via city transit if you are heading to a city-centre hotel first
By rail via Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof
