How many payments can I make?

What happens after I pay my deposit?
Your hotel is booked and confirmed immediately. You receive your booking confirmation and your full payment schedule by email, and the remaining payments are charged automatically each week.
How are the weekly payments taken?
Automatically. After your first payment, each weekly payment is charged to your saved card, and we send you a reminder 2 days before every charge. In a few countries where automatic card charges are not allowed, we email you a secure payment link each week instead. You can switch to a different card at any time.

From BER (Berlin Brandenburg)
- The S9 S-Bahn runs from the airport station right through the city to Messe Süd, the station serving the fairground's south entrance — a direct ride of roughly an hour
- Faster with a change: the FEX airport express reaches Hauptbahnhof in about 30 minutes, where S3/S9 trains toward Spandau continue to Messe Süd
- You need an ABC-zone ticket (the airport is in zone C); buy it in the BVG or DB app before boarding and validate paper tickets
- A taxi from BER to the Messe or City West takes 40-60 minutes depending on the A100 and costs roughly 55-70 euros
By rail via Berlin Hauptbahnhof
- ICE and EC trains from Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Prague and Warsaw arrive at Hauptbahnhof on the elevated Stadtbahn level
- From there, S3 or S9 toward Spandau reaches Messe Süd in about 15 minutes with no changes
- Alternatively ride to Zoologischer Garten and switch to the U2 for Kaiserdamm or Theodor-Heuss-Platz, the stops for the north entrance
